The pillow’s supportive core is constructed from flexible TPE—Thermoplastic Elastomer—formed into an open honeycomb structure.

TPE combines soft, rubber-like flexibility with excellent resilience. It compresses gently beneath the weight of your head and then returns to its original shape when pressure is removed.

The open honeycomb construction creates hundreds of flexible support points. These points move independently to distribute pressure more evenly while allowing air to circulate through the pillow.

1. Prepare Your Pillow
   Remove all packaging and allow the pillow to return to its natural shape. Place it inside the supplied cover before use.
2. Position It Correctly
   Place the pillow flat on your mattress with the contoured support area positioned beneath your neck. Your head should rest comfortably in the centre while the curved edge supports the space between your neck and mattress.
3. Choose Your Sleeping Position

For back sleeping:
Rest your head in the centre of the pillow and allow the contour to support the natural curve of your neck.

For side sleeping:
Position your head centrally and make sure your neck remains comfortably aligned with your spine rather than tilting upward or downward.

1. Allow Time to Adjust
   A new pillow can feel different from your usual one. Give your body several nights to become familiar with the new shape and level of support.

CLEANING AND CARE

• Remove and wash the outer cover according to its care label.
• Hand-rinse the TPE core using cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent.
• Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and abrasive brushes.
• Gently shake off excess water—do not aggressively twist or wring the core.
• Leave it to air-dry completely in a cool, well-ventilated area before using it again.
• Keep it away from direct heat, radiators and prolonged strong sunlight.
• Do not machine-wash or tumble-dry the core unless your product label specifically confirms that it is safe.
