• Custom or personalized products

• Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties (if any).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

• Please mark the return parcel as “Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid additional customs fees.

• Custom-made items (such as personalized products or made-to-order pieces) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

• If the custom item arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side (e.g. wrong item, defective product).
